Once complete, do you use the scanner tool to reset the electronic parking brakes. Thanks so much again. Will a non Rover mechanic able to do this job? And how long will this job take approximately? Thanks again for everything.

No you do not need to reset the electronic parking brakes. Any decent legitimate independent repair shop can do this repair.
