I think website guy is a super strong point/approach. I would want the staff to pick out stuff that they like. Ironically, it’s all stuff that I like too like DBZ, Gargoyle and Gundam. It just feels more meaningful grabbing stuff that is cool to you.
A friendly FYI the lego mario sets have the instructions on the lego app. Those sets didn’t come with books.
I was about to say that too lol I read on one of the Minecraft sets I built with my sons has those you just gotta search up on the Lego app comes in handy

As someone who grew up with electronics, gaming, tabletop, and the plethora of card games out there, I found this channel a few days ago and I have to say it's not only entertaining but you are full of so much knowledge and information! There are so many cool things in your store as you pan over with the camera. Things I wish I could have had growing up and things I passed onto family that are still with us. I get so much nostalgia from your channel and I truly appreciate everything you do!

I have that Duke Nukem Pig Cop! I've had it since childhood, one of my favorites. It's out of the box and missing pieces though, because I actually played with it as a kid...worth it!

Idea for the mystery boxes: since you guys do have some “dead stock” that isn’t moving, despite much of it still being cool, you could do a high value mystery box where you give like 125% value, with the caveat, that it is mostly stuff that isn’t moving. People will jump at the value and it helps you move stuff that is taking up space.
