PTA on sett is situational depending on the match up. If you can only get short trades like a garen or teemo then yeah
but rek'sai-s healing got nerfed this patch?
Both early healing AND fury generation on minions have been nerfed... Skillcapped isn't very up-to-date anymore...
@@Gniimse Remember one thing, these tierlists and "OP picks lists" are solely made from winrate. They just go on ugg, check the rankings, and copy that into a video. That's why half the builds/runes etc are always weird. Because ugg will suggest you a weirdass build that 4 players play with 500 played games total, while the build with 30k games will have 2 less %, because statistics.

just like the azzap velkoz build. of course it has a high win rate. cuz only the main vel are playing it. now that it was published in this video everyone will think is a free win and hence lower de win rate and it wont show up on the "op" tier anymore.@@evoknz

To anyone pointing out the nerf to rek'sai healing - its pretty negligent. You can full build fury off of a wave. The concept is still the same where undying grasp is getting procked often enough to make the rine incredibly efficient. Thats the difference between OP and viable. The undying grasp build is still completely viable, it was too strong before and was broke. Rek'sai undying grasp is still extrenely strong in the top lane.
should i go after the rumble op build cuz before 2 days rumble is c tier in jungle
The winrate for Velkoz is misleading because it's all Azzapp inflating the win rates. Anything that gives a ton of movement speed is super valuable on Velkoz because he is completely immobile, I run Ghost and rush Cosmic Drive with Velkoz mid because there is so much movespeed creep you have no choice. Many mages are running Lich Bane for a similar reason.
Those op builds are bs, i know that you wanna make content but you can't define what is op just a few hours after the patch.
Especially considering that it takes time to register, edit and upload

I love how Nilah has had a consistent 53-54% win percentage and is absolutely busted once she gets Collector and Quick blades as long as she keeps up. But they dont EVER mention her lol

i tried the WW build and got absolutely clapped
Camille supp with stridebraker feels disgusting to play and much easier to pilot than Eclipse but i dont see anyone talking about it.
Why do you go Eclipse anyway? The actual build always has been Bloodsong -> Sundered Sky -> Steraks.
Only time you should ever even consider Eclipse if you get super ahead before 10min and are vs 5 low edmg squishies
For ww try ravenous hydra instead of either stride breaker or Titanic

Please dont introduce this builds on vel coz , everytime they feed in my team meanwhile enemy xerath was deleting me as viego , why not velcoz normal dps items?
I have never liked PTA on any champion
Every time I look at the rune damage on either me, my teamates or enemies it's always at max 1000 dmg
For example Bloodsong always ends up doing more damage since it procs on the first auto being a sheen effect
Takin this with a grain of salt cause it’s normally trash.

WW jungle; why is press the attack more important with this build?
I suspect it is because of Stridebreaker giving WW attack speed and an active to slow enemies. It is easier for him to auto attack to proc PTA.
@IvenHor123 yea, but I don't see why the lethal tempo is not also good just as good.
@@mailmarcaeither because lethal tempo was nerfed, or because pta is easier to proc on ww
@@mailmarca I remembered that lethal tempo got nerfed few patches ago. Making WW's early game weaker. Which also another reason why PTA is better to have since the effect is easy to proc with just auto Q auto, and the exposure debuff help him and his allies with easy gank burst.

This game is absolutely dead because players using hacks and cheats for scripting and riot does absolutely nothing about it if they donate. I am pro level player one of the best in repeat gg and its absolutely impossible to win a game anymore because hackers and cheaters with scripting. 5% win rate suddenly end up 5398423423234 kills 0 deaths 4509802w39e8409234804 assists. Total pay to win game. Dead game. RIP League of Scripting
