Not to mention they outsource the majority of their CGI out of country so they have more opportunities to pay the artists less and demand more.

Ironically..."trust the process" doesn't apply to this. AT ALL. the thing looked amazing at every step of the way. When you say "trust the process" it means you think it looks horrible or doesn't work or will never work in the early stages, but turns out awesome at the end.

Plenty! There's black mesh around the leds. It's like looking through a keyhole, the small mesh area is very close to my eyeline
