    Pedda golkonda and nagaram is just 28km from neopolis and 2 km from ORR. Still old dtcp plots available for 12 to 15k. This is best place in that price range compared to remote area like mehtabh khan guda.

    invest in tukkuguda, premium place, After Airport metro and chandrayangutta metro, this are will boom abnormally, as you can reach MGBS,JBS, very easily rather than taking long curves. Also you can get to airport metro in 10 minutes.

    Hyderabad is always best but now it will be in saturation or slow development in coming years I guess. Hyderabad land prices skyrocketed in last 5 years due to tuglaq administration in Andhra Pradesh..

      People don't realize that. Currently about 10million people inside ORR (still with empty space).. to fill inside RRR - it would 30 to 40millions (that's entire state population).
