The Last of Us: Left Behind was a DLC released shortly after the base game. Although gaining moderate praise, here I analyze the DLC in it's entirety to see if it really is as good as people say it is.

You forgot to mention something very important, that this arcade machine when Ellie imagines playing the game is also in the main game when you find this arcade machine in one of the houses. However, we don't know in the base game that she is talking about Riley, because we don't know yet who she is. And also, its so nice seeing these two happy together after you beat the base game, knowing that before Ellie met Joel she had good times. At least this one.
I just played for the first time tlou on ps5 and omg I fucking loved this game and it left me wanting more. Currently waiting for a ps5 version of part 2 and omg it’s so hard trying not to spoil things myself because of all my questions 😂😂😂… great video you earned a sub

I f8nished this game on survivalist and my god was that hard fun but hard. And i found out even on survivalist its still forgiving in a way so all those restarts of me wanting to keep my health up and have ammo. Anyways love the game it wS hella fun playing this.

@ImGardenGnome I found the school zone the most difficult. Because I tried to do it with out being discovered. The last section there has dificult but I realized wait it's a game. And exploited the game mechanics of dumb npcs and it was a bit easier. Basically I followed a certain route I made. Forgot it now but would definitely do it again.

I like this channel a lot, one of the only few I actively watch, keep up the good work. I’m glad you don’t act like these are automatic masterpieces like some channels. I hate how overused that word is now. Every game being a masterpiece gets rid of the meaning to me. Thank you for that.

Maybe I am crazy but I thought this dlc was just okay. TLOU1 is amazing and one of the best PS3 games for sure. I love the factions multiplayer too, but I was just kind of bored by this dlc at times. It was sweet and nice to get some backstory for Ellie, but I just didnt find it entertaining enough for me to really enjoy it. For the interactive media that is video games, this doesnt have much interaction from the player. I played ot for the first time about a week ago. I watched a playthrough of it on youtube when it came out and I can genuinely say that I enjoyed watching it more than playing it.
As a story it is pretty damn good, but as a game? It is pretty lacking. This wasnt something I found with the rest of the game so I think it was a problem I have with the dlc. Its worth playing in the remake or remaster, but it didnt blow me away.
