Having you affairs in order is an important convo to have. My dad had dementia and was put on hospice. We couldnt find his wallet insurance card, nor his guns and others important documents for months. We had to turn the house upside down til we found some of it in a crawl space and his best friend had the fishing and hunting stuff locked up in his cabinet. He had a stroke himself and his wife had to tear up their house looking for the keys to their stuff. We all need to communicate better. Thankfully my dad had his and my mom's finances in order.

It’s to easy to put yourself aside and try to do too much. Do things in YOUR time. I love that you are young and got so many positive things. Job, work, online click, house…. Tell yourself “I do what I want” lol
I’m so thankful that my parents have all their affairs in order and they let my sister and myself know where everything is at

Ashley you are your own priority and important. It’s only one you, take as much time as you need. It’s a beautiful thing to take care of self. An nurture your whole well being. God is your savior and you are a heavy pray warrior you got this babes. Our mental status is so important that most people doesn’t attend to. Most important thing I did on my journey was I got a therapist. She thinks I’m doing well and ok but I don’t think I am. So now I’m searching for a male therapist to just see differences in perspective.
