An Anxious Journey - Trip To Birmingham

Today I was faced with a trip to Birmingham in the car. Anxiety was present for most of the way, but the trip was a massive success.
These little steps I've been taking over the past few weeks are really paying off. I feel like I'm combining all my knowledge and really looking forwards for a change.
