Placing the 3d background in the discus tank and much more
In this video I will show you how I did the Aquadecor 3D background placement on my discus fish tank.... and much more.
In it I show how I put the background, the sand (yes, I'm going back to having sand in the aquarium), the plants, the water and the biological myids that were in a box...
For now, I'm still only showing how it looked exactly after the set up. The details are still missing, but that will be shown in another video.
Stay tuned because there will be more videos of the setup of this new setup.

It's true!!! The background and the log give me a very large capacity for biological mideas.
And because the pumps are not strong, they make the water pass more slowly through the mideas, which makes the nitrification process better.
The fish and some details are still missing.
Possibly I'll put it all together in one video.
I can tell from now that this will be a very nice aquarium !Keep up the good work!

I understand what you're saying, and you're right, but for the sake of the fish I put the power head on because the fx6 can't create the water agitation for gas exchange that I want.
But of all the things that have been done, that's the comment you have to make? A 180cm aquascape and you notice a 4cm power head? Okay...
@@PSKaqua Yes, the complement is for you to find a better way to locate or mask that ugly power head. It's to make your tank to look more amazing that it is. It's up to you to be defensive about it or to accept the suggestion. I am for the health of the fish in the first place, but you can easily find a way to put that power head behind something. No excuses. Then you will get back here and thank me for the suggestion. I'm glad you agree with me. Just do it then.

@@cashicashi4904 It is model E15. The rocks, leaves and roots are in the additional items.
Being expensive depends on the point of view. I'm not saying it's cheap, but work of this level has to be paid for and valued, since it's all done by hand, and custom-made.
@@PSKaqua Well i mean, u bought a background, logs, a few Stones and more. That would have cost a fortune. That is just my opinion.
Yes, it is always expensive, and it gets even more expensive with customs.
But here's the thing... I, other than the usual spending we all have, am not a spender on anything else. So I spend on my hobby that I enjoy so much. 😅😊
I bought a similar background from them but only 1 trunk in the middle for my 150g. I tried putting both intakes and it didn’t work. The suction force of both intakes would suck in the trunk too much.. I did one, and still was too strong. Had to have them both out and kind of cover both intakes with plants. I do have the ultra flex, so maybe that’s why, it’s too soft to hold the pressure of the intake suction..

Possibly it's because it's the flex version. I haven't had this happen to mine, but the one I have at the moment is flex and although it doesn't have the intake behind it, I notice that it's more fragile and flexible.
@@PSKaqua yea, I’m also thinking it’s because of the flex material. If it was the harder one it would probably hold better. Oh well. I’m gonna get a new one next year. I like to change it up . Your videos are awesome. Keep it up. My tank holds 2 diamondback terrapin turtles though, not fish.
