- I use to downhill skiing, but now I don't see well and can't use contacts. I decided to try aeroski. So far I like it. It's funny, I can do it at home and it's still a workout

Is the Aeroski a sturdy, well made piece of equipment? I got a walking pad and sent it back the same week cause it was so cheap made and didn’t work right. I’m leery now but really want to try it! Thanks.
I would say that it will depend on the weight of the person using it. Also, if you move side to side, I would say it’s srurdy,, but again for me. If you lean forward or back, sure it will flip. I personally, don’t use a mat underneath.
I have some hip problems this looks like a good way to build up strength. Would you recommend it?

Do you mean when it slides left and right? There is nothing you can do I think You can try oil, but I don't think it'll be a lot of help. I turn whatever I'm watching louder. sorry I can't help you with that
