DVR don't suppy current. It is the Power Supply I already used here. All cameras get Power from a single power Supply Unit.
I used this one HIKVISION 8 amzn.eu/d/iJegMPt
If you are using high power PTZ motor bazed cameras then you can use multile 10Amp power supply. 10Amp power supply is sufficient for 8 cameras but if those cameras are not very far away.

Yes it supports 5mp camera but convert 5mp to 4mp 1080p resolution.
