Squats makes my obliques huge. It is not attractive. But squats makes my legs look good. Choices, choices. What to do what to do, what to do?
That’s how I feel about hip thrusts. I got cakes but my lower abdomen looks like I just ate one. Not that extreme but you know.
Lunges?? And obliques are good, but only if your shoulders and chest and back are noticeably wider
@@blackpurple9163 Lunges does that too. I am a girl and I don't want such big obligues. I think I've got the problem figured out though. As long as I use machines that supports my back or front, it doesn't happen,. Machines such as the leg press machine, leg extension machine, leg curl machine, Hip abduction/adduction machine, calf raise machine etc, I guess they help support my ab area so I don't have to overutilize the muscles there as I seem to do when doing lunges and squats. I will stick with these machines for now.
Shoulders and core focused. I think pendley row is similar to gorilla but much better
If I would like to make a scheduele 4 day split functional training . How would you split this ?The main goal is still growing muscle but in a way that it is way more fun , like example EMOM or METCON or AMRAP or 21-15-9 or some interval training. I can't do a AMRAP for example everyday cause I'm scared that I wouldn't be able to recover.
Would it be like like for example :
Mon : lower body bodybuilding / interval
Tue : upperbody / bodybuilding
Wen : rest
Thu : full body push with for example a AMRAP
Fri : full body pull / conditioning
( just a random example )
