being fluent doesnt mean your dialect it only means you can speak a language without stopping and for the most part he spoke without stopping so hes pretty fluent, sounding British or American or like a French person speaking English is still English its just a different dialect recognise that!

Came from humble beginnings but focused on school and selling fruit for money. Now I have a BA degree at UWC and own 3 large community stores in Hannover park. Ndingcooono!!
