Andie MacDowell has an interesting reaction to Craig Ferguson's infamous awkward pause. Don't miss the outro, where Gerard Butler "kisses Andie's Buttom". Enjoy!
It was very clear she was having a great time as Craig's charm reduced her to giggles. I love watching how he instinctively just knows how to get people to relax and feel comfortable and have real conversations instead of simply asking a list of the same questions that person has been asked at every stop on there media promotion.
Fell for this lovely woman when her most frequent exposure was as the face of the L’Oriel commercials… then “Groundhog Day” and “Michael”. Something about her eyes and eyebrows that says “I will love you forever”.
She was first introduced to us in Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan 1984; playing Jane to Christopher Lambert's Tarzan. Became really well known for both Groundhog Day & Four Weddings and A Funeral 93/94 respectively; opposite Hugh Grant. Indie film fans remember her steamy scenes in Sex. Lies, and Videotape 89, and folks who like campy movies know her from Hudson Hawk 1991 with Bruce Willis.
Did she have plastic surgery on her face? She looks very different but not much older than she did in St Elmo's Fire and Groundhog Day. Her hair got browner and less curly too.
In intimacy scenes things could go crazy if there no group of people around u, not as we see, and among them who’s giving actors directions of what to do.
Scenes, directions, acting, groups, as beautiful in sculptor outwardly soulful craft she only forces a man CALL out to the maker. It's proverbial: The sayings of Agur, a King---an inspired utterance. This man's utterance...¹ “I am weary, God, but I can prevail. ² Surely I am only a brute, not a man; I do not have human understanding. ...¹⁹ the way of an eagle in the sky, the way of a snake on a rock, the way of a ship on the high seas, & the way of a man with a young woman. Even a king finds his sobriety in Guidance from God. She, Andy is lovely but self-control godspeed ones self control.
In 2000 we toured her ranch in western Montana as part of the national tree farmers convention. She had a hot tub in her barn there. Very nice. In 2003 the national tree farmers convention was held in Ashville, after she had moved there. Don't know if the directors were stalking her or just a coincidence. She used her name Rose in real life btw.
'Are you both crazy?' the doctor cried shrilly, backing away in paling confusion. 'Yes, he really is crazy, Doc,' Dunbar assured him. 'Every night he dreams he's holding a live fish in his hands.' The doctor stopped in his tracks with a look of elegant amazement and distaste, and the ward grew still. 'He does what?' he demanded. 'He dreams he's holding a live fish in his hand.' 'What kind of fish?' the doctor inquired sternly of Yossarian. 'I don't know,' Yossarian answered. 'I can't tell one kind of fish from another.' 'In which hand do you hold them?' 'It varies,' answered Yossarian. 'It varies with the fish,' Dunbar added helpfully.
Jim Gulick I suppose it depends on what you call classy - you should hear the way they talk about her at the end. Truly disgusting, but of course just what you would expect from this type of show
One of his most boring interviews. First, she wears the wrong dress, then she talks too much -- uninteresting stuff. Not to mention she laughs about her own jokes. :-(

Such a beautiful and classy woman -- great laugh and sense of humor, too.
Man she is gorgeous. I didn't expect her to be so darned cute as she was during the awkward pause.
I really miss this show. Craig Ferguson really knew how loosen his guests up. There is nothing like this on television today.
100% agree with you.
For sure. He was the last good late night host. All the new ones aren’t funny at all.
Pure beauty in Groundhog Day
Enjoyed Andie in their awkward pause. It's nice to see someone experiencing true joy.
Andie MacDowell stole my heart in Hudson Hawk. Her imitation of a dolphin was....yeah. I love her. Andie, I love you.
This girl is beautiful inside and out! And she keeps getting better with age.
love, love, love, Andie MacDowell....her laugh is so adorable.
I love her laugh. I have enjoyed her work forever
She has a great laugh! Among her other qualities, to be sure!
And yet another mature, sophisticated, beautiful woman reduced to a giggling teenager in the presence of Craig. He's amazing with women.
One of my all-time favourite beauties. 💜💜💜
Still remember her from St. Elmo's Fire. Whatta beauty!
Just stunning!
From across the pond. I do find the southern accent on ladies is rather nice and her laugh is wonderful
wow she's gorgeous
Andie MacDowell... true beauty

I just love her....
The best and most entertaining awkward pause of all time.
Andie is just the most delightful woman. Beautiful, sexy, and what a wonderful laugh!
Damn I think fell in lust when she started giggling during the awkward pause, always liked her "body" of work
🚨 Cringe alert 🚨
My god, she has aged very well. Just saw her in an early 90s movie.
God she looked amazing here. Could watch this daily
Classy and gorgeous lady
Oh man, nothing like a Southern Belle who rides horses bareback! Andie McDowell is one of the most elegant women in Hollywood
Second to none beauty.
She aged very well.
She is so charming.
her reaction to awkward pause is cute :D
Andie MacDowell is so lovely!
I always thought Andie was a naturally beautiful woman.
@PALUMBO DEJVID Absolutely.
She is gorgeous now
Hi! Considering that this is the 1st visit from 3 of them, do you think you can get the other two visits? Ty and keep up the great work!
this visit I believe was the last visit she did on the show!---although I would like to see the first 2 myself!!
I was 22 when this came out.
Good Lord. What a cougar...
Now that's a woman!
So used to seeing Andy McDowell playing the same characters. I'm still waiting to see her really get given a great acting roll..🙂
Damn she looks great
she is a crazy tease
Wowzaaaa
She's tough to converse with, but really lovely.
very beautiful woman 😍
Such a lovely classy woman
She is a proper, full-grown woman! Someone get to making clones. I'll take two please!
She is gorgeous, and she reads Jung !!!!!!
Some women just make men's hearts skip a couple of beats.. without even trying :)
Great in Maid.
Good gracious......
She read the bottom of his snake cup, and couldn't keep the awkward pause.
She was stunning in the movie "Micheal"
A beautiful woman. I haven't seen any of her work though.
She's in Groudhog day, funniest Bill Muray movie.
good call, everything about Groundhog Day is priceless.

Groundhog day was a big surprise. I expected a slapstick comedy, but it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable movies I've seen.
Her acting was better in Sex Lies And Videotape than in Groundhog Day. Which is saying a lot.
Craig's hair doesn't have its usual bouncy luster
HOT.
“Dane Da Hang “
Carl Jung was really toxic, especially w/ Sabina. But he had psychic abilities; Andy McDowell is beautiful. It’s funny so many regional accents.
That is one gorgeous hunk of woman. Tall, poised, and yummy. 52 here. Wowzer!
Anna Baragli?!?!?! Came to play!!!!
I miss Craig F.
Today andie 65 years
Oh, I am so close on this.
@JayLenoFly what happened to the other two interviews?
Is this Julia Roberts or Andi MacDowell?
Estrada only with UNESCO, NATO and many Milan, Atlanta. Be carefull this Will said I am Petty ! #This Oddesey, Snow man .
Julia louis Dreyfus anyone?
what do you mean? they look alike?
The JayLeno Fly
Yeah sort of. From some angles in the video. But Julia is superior.

She used to live in Asheville. Craig needs to ask her why she moved.
In 2000 we toured her ranch in western Montana as part of the national tree farmers convention. She had a hot tub in her barn there. Very nice. In 2003 the national tree farmers convention was held in Ashville, after she had moved there. Don't know if the directors were stalking her or just a coincidence. Pretty hot for 52
Amazing.
Her looks have really changed since GROUNDHOG DAY. Looks like a different girl.
Her younger self was hot...and she's not bad here either.
She thinks a 23 year old man is just a kid... this is our society now.

That poor actor.
Really hot in the early to mid 90's. Still nail her here though.

Good thing people usually wear pants and stuff, otherwise all the furniture would smell like ass.
Ana gasteyer girls female women ladies more
Meghan Markle looks like her
does she get paid per fake laugh ?
or per sitting ?
does her laughs look fake & a bit forced to anybody ?
No.
No. That's on you.
Jim Gulick I suppose it depends on what you call classy - you should hear the way they talk about her at the end. Truly disgusting, but of course just what you would expect from this type of show
She going to just quit doing kiss scenes now...wtf..no wonder you don't see her anymore
Worst awkward pause I've seen on this show. Very disappointing!
