I love these videos! I rarely buy high end products anymore. Drugstore brands have come a long way. Plus a lot of them are parent companies to high end brands. I think that’s why there are so many dupes/alternatives now. Thank you for this and all your videos. I love your content

Yep, that Sky High mascara is one of the best tubing mascaras available - and I'm wearing it right now!! And I don't care if you call them dupes OR alternatives. If they don't work I'll call them trash - but I like to know of something that can give me the same effect at a lower price. Your videos give me the info - thank you!!!
Parent companies or not some products are just not made the same and as a lover of high end I can appreciate a great alternative (I don’t wear high end everyday!) double wear is one of my holy grails I love wearing that on special occasions ❤️🙏 I own and wear so much Charlotte Tilbury (her stuff is just so good -most not all-) but actually a product I love JUST as much is the Maybelline 4 in1 omg it’s THE SAME as her flawless filter! (On my skin at least) I love it and the maybelline bb cream will always be a staple everyday fresh face go to product! Paired with the maybelline age rewind concealer omg 😱perfection. Not sponsored lmao I guess I just love maybelline damn 😆
You're not wrong. The Maybelline 4 in 1 is amazing. I wear it by itself, with concealer and powder, for a light, natural makeup look on days when I skip foundation. It's very underrated.

I used to only use high end (i would have called me a cosmetics snob) but since an accident and not being able to work as much, I can no longer afford my old brands very often. Great video! I love dupes. I'm 45 and I use the elf Flawless brightening concealer in the lightest shade directly over my very dark circles. It acts as a color corrector and lightens that area. Then I use a medium coverage concealer matching my foundation over that. I love the combination and there's no creasing or fading especially if I set with powder and setting spray, it lasts from morning until night.

Same. Absolutely no reason to spend $25 on a full size high end mascara anymore. Stila XXXL was my holy grail for the longest time, but I've found an absolute dupe in Elf Big Mood Mega volume and lift. And it's $7!!

The Milani is a beautiful concealer! I actually have a video showing a quick concealer hack mixing the Milani with a glowy primer and the results are beautiful!

I have never loved the drugstore maacaras everyone does. Then again I have only ever really loved about 3 mascara of all I've tried. Bad gal bang, roller lash and it cosmetics superhero. Those are really about the only mascaras I've ever thought wow my lashes look so much better.

Kinda jumped back when I saw your brand choice for the eyeliner. Bought it last month but lost it amongst my many others, lol. I just used it in black today. I couldn't believe how long it stayed put on my waterline!! I've tried using one for brightness but it doesn't look right. At least not on me 🤷♀️ but I DO give those Essence eyeliners 👍👍. Not only do they stay put. You just can't beat the price. I'm still having a hard time finding that new Milani lipstick in the shade you've shown. It's ALWAYS sold out. I use the Maybelline Sky-high in waterproof everyday and love it. In fact, my favorite mascaras are Maybelline.

Have you compared the LM tinted blushes to the Milani liquid blush? I’ve been using the Milani one lately and love it. But I’m so interested in the LM blush too.
I've heard that the LM tinted blushes are somewhat patchy depending on the color
I haven't yet but I definitely will!
I wish brands would come out with different shades of nude eyeliner... there's a gap between my lower lashes and waterline, so I need a liner than can double as concealer in that gap. NYX is the only drugstore brand I know that tried it, but it doesn't last on the waterline.
Well I had been wanting to try the catrice foundation but now that I know it's a lot like double wear I know not to get it. Double wear makes me look like I'm 100 years old. I've never understood why everyone loves it. I've even seen older people with normal to dry skin love it. Not me.

I've tried several different times doing what you've recommended purchasing and trying the shade in natural light but still no luck but I normally wear double wear and I m so hoping we wear the same color. I wear tawny! I recommend trying findation.com for shade matching - it can be really helpful!

I used to have the bad gal bang and I have the maybeline sky high now! I don’t think the effect each on gives are the same on my lashes. The bad gal bang gave more volume than the maybeline

Was just gonna say- on one of your latest videos I noticed you said that you use a Clarifying shampoo. I also have Balayage & my hairdresser let me know that it is Not good to use a Clarifying shampoo when you have Balayage because Clarifying shampoo washes out the toner which makes your hair become brassy and orange-y. Just a little fyi. Hope you're having a good weekend!
I find using it once a week works on my hair works great and I can still go 8-10 weeks between salon visits! I agree using as a daily shampoo would be a bad idea.

I don't recall who it was, but if anyone else knows maybe we can help the Drugstore Maven out. I just got done watching another UTube saying thst CT is to hyped up snd not worth it she was not impressed Sine of these products are so hyped up and it’s just not true just because it’s on Tic Toc doesn’t make it so I only use drugstore I personally would never pay what these Upscale brands wsnt The drugstore is great now
I have the CT one and i will never repurchase it toooo expensive and i was never thrown away about it. There are tons of drugstore alternatives that are under 10 bucks and gave similar finish so i do understand you 🤣
Why put spf in blush? If you wear it every day, you'll have whiter cheeks than the rest of your face.
That Benefit Cakeless Concealer the most awfull i have ever tried in my entire life , i have under eye fine lines and all concealers tend to set in them a little bit but that one is next level of cakeyness and it " moves " all day so if you have mature skin or simply a lot of fine lines stay away 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Of course those who have baby skin don't complain 🤣🤣🤣
