I sold a few corriente cattle at the Hamilton livestock auction in their special roping cattle sell. They do a good job.
That first auctioneer was Steve Fiskup. He's an awesome auctioneer and a good person.

Need to ship right off the cow or wait roughly 90 days. At 3 weeks Its perfect time where weaning stress starts making them sick. I bet they would have done a little better if so but they still brought pretty good $ for being half Corriente. Good job. Hopefully you were able to keep some replacements. Your last batch turned out pretty well.

More n more ranchers are looking at new ways to get better grass for there cattle. Regenerative.Management of grassland is the new way of doing things. More ranchers want/need to get more out of their land. Since land has gotten so expensive you just can’t get more land very easy.
I find that a lot of environmentalists have this way of thinking it’s there way is the only way to do things. If both sides go into it with open minds and try not to find solutions to benefit both sides then you can work together. But if one side refuses to work together to find solutions then nothing gets done and everything loses.
