    OH EM GEE!!! Guys, I made this banana bread today and it TRULY AND HONESTLY was amazing! Best part is that my wife and my 6 year old son (Mr. Very Hard to Please...) loved it as well. If you're watching this video and you're unsure, I can tell you personally that you can bake this recipe with confidence.     Sounds amazing.! My cardiologist says the xanthum gum is horrible for the body. I wonder what else to use.

    BTW, I've been drinking the occasional Coors Light. Friend of mine with Celiac has been drinking same or PBR for quite some time. He's also a gastroenterologist. We speculate the reason neither brand owns up to being GF, is they'r afraid the people will think the beer sucks, Which it does, but it's better than nothing.
