I have watched many of your Body Shape Master Class videos , and I have learned so much about styling
for my body type which I think is a pear shape .However I am 83 years old and I feel as though the world thinks senior seniors,don't want to bother about fashion . I do . I have always cared about 'putting my best foot forward' but time and health have taken their toll .I have a slight stoop , and wear plus size 2x top , size 18 in most pants . I'm just using myself as an example for the very many older ladies who still want to look well turned out . I came to Canada many moons ago so cold weather is a factor too .I will be looking at all your videos because I am also intrigued by your colour combinations and footwear .Keep up the good work my dear . The old adage, 'if you look good you feel good' is the same for all of us no matter the age or shape .

I just want to “Thank You” for styling bodies that are average. Many of the other stylists I’ve watched style the easy sizes 4-10(US). It’s us real women with actual problem areas that are in need of such help. Cheers from the States!
Yes, it's true they do but I can't understand why as it doesn't matter what size or shape you are, as long as you look to create balance everyone can look fantastic in their clothes.

I’m loving these open, honest, respectful conversations about our shapes. Watching these videos I’ve learnt so much about dressing my frame to its best advantage but also have found my self talk is much more positive. I ordered my first dress today from phase eight. What I love about your videos is that you describe why something doesn't work then show how to make it work. Tish looked good in all the outfits, my particular favourites being the red jumpsuit and the long floral dress when belted. They both flowed effortlessly over her tummy, and gave cover over the bits none of us want to show off! Tish you looked beautiful ❤️

I’m a bit taller than her but I also have a larger chest tummy and tushy. These outfits and tips are very helpful for me. I’ve found it so hard with my new menopausal body to find outfits that work for me. 90% of the time I am a full time caregiver living in sweatpants. When I do get free time I want to look pretty. Your videos are so inspiring. Thank you for making me feel better about how I look. I am so inspired to go out and find the right kind of outfits that will work for me. ❤️

Great to see useful style tips for real women with real body shapes and sizes. Here in South Florida, at 71, I am surrounded by short elderly tiny women from New Jersey and New York and it is sure hard to relate. I am 5’ 10” with the developed shoulders of a swimmer, long long torso, relatively short legs, and a plus size body. Mostly, I throw blanket size towels over me going to and from the pool. LOL😂
You need to start flaunting it. Remember, they all sound very ordinary and you want to be extraordinary! X

I have a similar body type and this video was right up my alley. Really enjoyed 🤗. I used to wear skinny jeans and a top that would cover my stomach as a uniform. Now I do a high waist wide leg pants with a cropped top or the pleated pants that taper at the bottom with tucked in shirt. I wear so many skirts/dresses and I actually have style now (or at least in my opinion). High waist underwear was the biggest moment for me, because so many things don’t look good because of undergarments. ❤️ ur channel

Love everything on Tisha apart from the white top and blue trousers because I felt she was cut in an awkward place but do understand the reasoning for that and did agree with her about the leopard print dress top. Tisha did look amazing though and so love the real people features.

Wow, I am amazed at how gloriously you transform all the beautiful ladies! I only wish that you would show a taller woman with a curvy body. That way I could see what would work for me. I LOVE watching all of your demos, you are very thorough and kind and thoughtful and always done in great style. I really like the ways you work within the parameters of each individual lady. The outcomes are always fabulous! I wish we had someone here in the states like you. I am a tall, curvy older woman and I have always had trouble trying to look good. I am 69 yrs young, people tell me I look 50ish. I can't wear heels any longer. Have to wear flats. I think I am a pear/ apple shape. But I am kind of the same measurement all 3 places. I wear a size 22 top and sometimes a 24. USA sizes. Don't know how to accessorize properly. I almost wish I could afford your services. I am a big fan. Thanks for doing what you do!!

I am also a UK 20 and have completely changed (discovered!) my style in the last couple of years, wearing things I love rather than things I think I “should” wear, so now I wear loads of colour and pattern, and avoid black altogether!
It has transformed the way I dress but most importantly the way I feel about my body, my confidence and my poise - no more shrinking into a corner for me! I love that you are working with the client to make sure they feel and look great!

This was an excellent class! I love how you chose such vibrant colors and cuts which complemented her skin tone and shape so beautifully. I also appreciate how respectful you are of your clients' sensitivities. For some people it may not seem like a big deal, but we never know what someone has gone through (perhaps bullying or harassment) because of their size and shape. As an adolescent I was teased about having a full derriere, but now years later people pay good money to have what God gave me naturally😂. It took until adulthood for me to appreciate my curves which is why I like your channel. It teaches people how to make the most of whatever assets they have. Keep up the good work! Thanks!

Right?! I thought so too but style is so personal that i have to listen to my clients personal likes and dislikes, otherwise they wouldn't feel comfortable or confident and thats the main aim. x
I wonder if she didn't like it because it showed so much of her ankles. She said she was self conscious of them. We all have our "things," don't we? 😊
I have only just discovered your videos and I am relieved I have. Well done on styling Tisha - she looks amazing. I am 52, I am the same size and height as Tisha, I am perimenopausal and have all the same areas of concern. I prefer long dresses and wide leg pants to cover significant oedema in my lower legs. Most of what I see you recommending for my size and shape I think would work on me. I wish I had the nicely shaped ankles and feet to wear ankle grazing pants etc - but I feel like if I show my ankles that is all people see. So I cover them as much as possible. I have also recently (12 months ago) stopped colouring my hair and so am adjusting to the colours that do and don't work with this new grey colouring. Thanks for giving hope when some of us feel lost in a whole host of change and don't know what to do.
