Once more a very useful kit for just about any type of tabletop game, and still completely compatible with all the other Northstar plastic model ranges!
While we have all the typical weapon types from Frostgrave accounted for, I feel outside of the masks and pouches there aren't a lot of extra bits for customizing. I would've liked to have seen some frogs, or shrunken heads, or totems... some other little bits to add to the figures.
I know I'll be using some of these weapons with the barbarian bodies to make some cavemen for Paleo Diet...
I was somewhat interested in these minis before watching your video, but now I'm really excited for them.
It just so happens I have a few left over...
There are dwarf sets from frost grave I believe. Could you possibly tell us what’s the size comparison to whiz kids and reaper bones?
On North Star site there are a lot of other minis, also female characters, the fact that they are fully compatibile with the whole range open the way to some customization, and with the new Stargrave boxed sets and figures you can add more options
Did you see Fireforge new Samurai kickstarter? seems right up your ally.
It is, but I'm hesitant to back big projects with lots of physical products.
3D files, or small run niche stuff, sure.
Not as a knock on Fireforge either- they've come through time and again with their campaigns.
If I had unlimited funds to play with, they yeah, I'd totally be backing it. For now I'll have to wait until retail.

Sure- this is an older video. I've got the Lizardmen waiting their turn to get built and I'll have some cannon fodder eventually as well!
Could use them for maybe Tarzan? For me they represent north pacific islanders. Cool models though.
That's the best part though- you could use them for just about anything that requires indigenous people. Just be aware they're a bit smaller than modern GW stuff!
