1/4 cup - ginger
1/4 cup - garlic
1 cup - shallots
3 tbsp - fish sauce
1 pc - red chilli
1 cup - tomatoes
1 stalk - lemongrass
500 grams - chayote
3 cups - young coconut water
3 cups - water
1 cup - young coconut meat
1 tsp - chicken powder
300 grams - chilli leaves
garnish with spicy chillis
Season with salt & pepper
Cooking Time: approximately 1 hour
Serving: 5+ people
