Hi, thanks. We prefer the crossing at Vidin as opposed to the one at Ruse which is much busier. You do have to be brave and drive on the wrong side of the road for about 2/3 km, everybody does it, to go around the queued trucks. The longest we have waited is about 15 mins. There is also a 6 Euro, cash only, charge for the bridge crossing. Hope this helps.
