The only thing that looked familiar from my visit 21 years ago was the sunset!! Loved the island when I was there. So many beautiful beaches. Swam with some sharks in shark bay. Happy Travels

@@berschte as an American who has never been to SE Asia, Bangkok seems to be extremely fast paced and densely populated and then there are so many islands…so many choices and trains, buses, ferries, motorbikes. It sounds exciting but at the same time a little overwhelming for a first time solo traveler.

We thought the same before we got here. Bangkok really surprised us. Movies like the Hangover made us expect something much different than it was. It’s actually a very easy city to navigate, with excellent public transportation and a very modern, safe vibe.

That speedboat is always super rough it’s why I’ve not been to Tao in 2 years there is a big boat that goes from near the big Buddha though so maybe I’ll try but yeah super expensive for rough ride

If The Taxi Cam 45 Mins Early. Is He Not Required To Wait Like In The USA?? Coffee Was Hot. Boat Looks Crowed. Ocean Looked Rough, 1ST Thing I Saw Was The Pool Was Green W/The Hotel You Picked.
