They have completely changed this surgwy in the last decade. It used to be a pretty invasive surgery, making two big cuts around almost the whole nipple, cuttung off the mamory gland, and then peoceeding with liposuction. Not it is so much less invasive, now its almost an ablation procedure, they make teo tiny (1inch) cuts along the top rib, under the nipple, and instead of cutting, they use an ultrasonic wand (vibrates and heats up). This process masically melts the fat tissue, and then they proceed with the liposuction. All from one timy cut, no cutting off nipples, no cutting glands, just melting it and sucking it out. Very very minimal scarring, maybe a tiny bit of discoloration (from scar tissue, ut doesnt oxygenate the skin as well), and 6 weeks of compression and massaging. You end up with two stitches total (the two tiny cuts). And it almost akwyas resukts in tight skin along the chest. No excess skin, no puffiness from lack of volume, no weird air bubbles in the pecks... Its really remarkable what they have done with medicine

I'm Nigerian, I had this issue and was really messing with my self esteem, though mine was on my left breast. Thankfully, I underwent a successful surgery and the lump was removed. Was done by a very old experienced doctor, was a bit painful after the anaesthesia wore off during the stitching, but recovered after some months. Though the full healing took extra 2 years because the removed muscle mass beneath the breast left a cavity that needed new tissue to replace the space. It's just a case of hormonal imbalance, nothing serious. He'd be good soon. ❤
This is not the case of a hormonal imbalance . This is someone who lost a lot of weight and the skin hasn’t snapped bac yet. It takes an extremely long time for the skin to snap bac to normal after rapid weight loss and so many go to get their skin tightened. What you’re talking about is being overweight with manboobs, it’s not the same. I have man boobs to but would never get surgery for a flatter chest lol. I feel like that’s weak. If I really want em gone I’ll do pushups regularly and hit the bench press, not carve up my body because I’m lazy
