Carr could be Kentucky's best offensive player, just because he's so versatile. I fell confident about the upcoming season.
I’m a huge UK fan and I’m very optimistic about this upcoming season but there’s no way Carr leads the Cats in scoring.If he does we’re in a lot of trouble.He HAS to work on his speed and foot work cause it’s a little lacking at the moment but if he can remedy that then we’re in good shape
Yeah I agree if he’s the leading scorer it’s not good but I could Jaxson averaging 14.8 and Carr at 14 Brea right under that and still be a top 15-8 team, the media and fans thing Grant Nelson can be a second best player on a national championship team and I think Carr is better than him and year Carr is kinda slow and not a great athlete but his footwork is really good he can handle the ball really well for his size and he will play in a system that fits him as well or better than at Wake. This team can have 2-3 guys average around 13-16 a night it’s not going to be like Reeves bring the top scorer 85 percent of the time last year. He will get a lot of one on one matchup in the post because the shooters and the system I could see him averaging a half point above Jaxson and it wouldn’t be a bad thing. This team won’t be about one guy averaging 19 and the next 2 are at 12 and 14, there will be multiple leading scorers next year Carr as the number 2 option like he was last year can be a really good team especially if your 3rd option is Koby Brea and 4th and 5th are Otega or Kirisa and Ansley is someone who could average 14 or he could average 5 nobody knows because the competition is upgraded this team will be more like Auburn than Alabama which I like if the guard play can reach there peak
Very solid player, but in the post needs to learn to turn over that right shoulder better. HAd multiple post ups where the better move was to turn over his right shoulder but he persisted turning over his left. 2 times he got away with a hook offensive foul.
He is a bucket. Gonna thrive in the pope offense
