btsismylife qt You can “drown” by drinking too much. Look it up, I’m serious and it’s scary but hard to do thankfully.
Water intoxication is technically called hyponatremia, which happens when the sodium level in the blood drops too low too fast. Excessive water consumption can cause it, but so can other things like side effects from a medication, kidney disease, and hormonal imbalances. It typically takes 2-3 liters of water in under an hour to feel any effects if hyponatremia.

an adult person can drink up to 10 litres of water per day, without getting hyponatremia, but i agree that 5+ litres are a health issue. but they didn't jug as many litres, and they're clearly okay. i hope they saw the comment, though, to prevent anything dangerous in the future
