If one has appeared in the complaint case and summon has been received, then the case should be disclosed. And if no summon has been served and there is no due knowledge of the complaint case, then it may be ignored.

File a petition that at the time of occurrence you were juvenile so your case should be transferred to the juvenile court, where you can get relief .
You can mention about it in the attestation form along with the information that you were a Juvenile at that time.

Trial court can remove the names of the person while issuing notice to the accused under section 204 of cr.p.c, if case is not made out against those persons after enquiry under section 202. Or you can challenge the summoning order in High Court on tenable grounds.
