Love it, especially in using AI to help overcome language barriers to best serve people of all backgrounds. I am not 100% on using AI to deliver bad news to buyers because my concern would be the lack of emotion/empathy in the message. I think it is important to humanize the sales process as much as possible and it all starts with human connection and interactions. Bad news I think is always done best through phone, zoom, or facetime. Overall, great stuff. Mindset is everything.
