I got a great tip a weightless dart is the best lure I've ever used us it weightless and hit close to brush piles and rocks etc and everyone will thank me for it I promise that I just started using them this way earlier in the year and since then it's been game on every time

Fun fact: Put a bag of Googan Bandito Bugs in your pocket to use as a snake deterrent when walking pond banks. It’s actually worked for me! Snake took off into the pond and I went the other way around the pond!

I'm 46yrs old. Haven't been fishing since I took my kids when they were little. About 8yrs ago. Been watching Ayo, Yakpak, Norm, and one rod. Already caught 4 decent smallmouth in north central West Virginia. But only been fishing twice. I work 60hrs a week.

after spooling line on a spinning real if you soak the spool in warm water for about 5 minutes it helps tighten the line on spool to help limit issues with the line

Fishing tip. Always wait 3 second before seeing the hook with top water frogs and use 30lb plus braid to help get them outta any cover

Well here's my shot... When ever I go fishing for catfish using rod and reel and or catfish jugs I normally use smidium size circle hook with the bait halfway on and then put a #4 or #6 treble hook on with the rest of the bait holding the treble on for when they just peck on the bait and I catch them every time

The shad spawn actually happens at night and in the early morning... also if u see bass fry and throw into them u will usually catch a fry guarder!!!

Fun true fishing fact - Keep a Mt Dew or Coke (sugary soda) on your boat in case you gut hook a fish or tongue hook a fish and it’s bleeding pretty bad. The sugar will stop the bleeding saving the fish from bleeding out. Pour soda into fish mouth and literally you will see the bleeding stop.
