Your settings is good for you not everyone has the same living room as you if someone else tries this in a different room it will probably sound shit my settings on my Sony bdv-e6100 is fronts 4.5db each center 3.0db subwoofer as its already over powering is at 0.5db surrounds are far back are at 6db each

Hey i am using tata sky hd cable... But when i watch Dolby Digital movies on English channels eg. Pix HD the sound quality is not that great... The bass effect is huge.. And the dialog volume is very low... Not a balanced volume level... I am using the same audio levels as u mentioned in this video... Please help ASAP!!!
Please change the sound mode off and select DTS NEO 6 CINEMA. It will give good effect. But it is not good for non 5.1, SD channels. So every time u have to change.

Wichtig ist, dass du die Entfernung nicht vom Fernseher aus misst, so wie er es in dem Video macht, sondern von deiner Sitzposition aus. Ich persönlich habe die BDV-E2100 und finde, dass der Automatik Modus ganz gut arbeitet.

Looks like common issue with Sony music system (not an issue, default behavior), confirmed with Sony technician. We need to turn the power again with remote of power switch on Music system once main AC power is switched on. Hope it helped. thanks
As I read the center speaker is 250w and the front and sur only 125w each .. wo why you put the center even louder ? Shouldn't be in minus also with subwoofer which is 250w also! Also why do you think Sony made it that way ??? I used to have dav 340k it was 167w for each speaker except the sub was 165w = 1000w

Saksham Agarwal it's normal, it initializes Avery time it detects the current, before going into the standby mode. Nothing to worry about.

1.5 to 2.5 is enough for medium size rooms. increasing would create nasty bass (mine is bdve3200)
