I was at the Monsters-Wolf Pack game in Cleveland on January 26th; I remember not being very impressed with Robertson, and I thought that Mackey had played a lot better.
The very next night, Connor Mackey saved the New York Rangers. 😮
How do they let Gustufsson go but keep Ruwhedel? Gus leaving has been the biggest upset for me so far this offseason. I really liked him

@RAM-KINGOFTRUCKS I might be able to see the saving money argument. But no way you're convincing me Chad did better than Gus did last season. I wouldn't even know how much Chad played because I never heard his name because he didn't do anything. Did he even score a goal?

@RAM-KINGOFTRUCKS fair enough. But Kane's Blackhawk days weren't good enough to give him a second chance after he did nothing the first time. Gus did more than Chad the first time around.
Maybe Chad steps up and proves me wrong this season (I'd love that). But, my opinion as of now, Gus was more impressive and deserved a second chance. But that's where I see the money argument being a thing. They are tight on cap space. Not going to be able to keep everyone, unfortunately
Jones needs to be a regular this year or just let him go already. Trouba should be the 7th defenseman.
And what’s going on with Trouba I don’t understand when it’s that hard to trade him. There is 16 teams he can go to one of them would have to be interested in him. As a Rangers fan I don’t even want anything in return and I would even give picks , lower prospects and retain salary.
I don’t think ANY team wants the contract.
