Hope president understand s the economy of Uganda can't be improve by over taxing through systems the URA is introducing,but he has to look at cutting expenditures especially the voluminous parliament and cabinets,removal of RDCs or merging ito caos etc,reduction of districts or creating four states north west ,south west,north east and south east states etc,besides and above president must acknowledge greed and selfish ambitions may not work anymore.
