My eight year old son absolutely loves make up and for our very first make up attempt we did this one. It looks incredible! The colors are slightly different because were working with wet and wild products and we used glitter over the top of everything instead of drawing on constellations, but he absolutely loves it! Charlie says "thank you so much for posting this video! And for being my inspiration! And please me for videos so that I can do you more make up!"

Hey James,
I know you just you said you were looking for some tips for final cut pro and i noticed the sound levels of your video increased at about 3:20 and with that there came blown out audio, audio clipping and that annoying static. You can avoid this by using a audio limiter filter.
You can do this by clicking ⌘+5 this opens your effects panel.
Once its opened scroll down to radio and select levels. You will see Final cut and Logic options scroll down to the logic options until you see limiter, then drag that filter over the audio you want to apply it to.
Then right next to the video preview you will see an audio section that gives you more options. Right under effects in that audio section theres a limiter drop down and right next to the word limiter theres a weird looking little square with three little lines on it, click it and a new window should open.
This window has four controls Gain, Lookahead, Release, and output levels theres also a softknee selection but you always want to keep this selected.
Output levels, the Release, and the Lookahead should be pretty much the same trough out all you sound clips the Gain is the only thing that needs to be adjusted per audio clip.
Output levels: If its a tutorial or a video you are shooting alone set the output level to -3.0dB. If its part of a mix or theres multiple people talking set the output levels to -4.5dB.
Release: this should be set to any number above 200ms, i prefer to set it somewhere between 230ms and 250ms.
Lookahead: The set 2ms should work perfectly fine.
Gain: The gain works like this, lets say a part of your audio is -15bB and your Gain filter is set to +10dB; that part of the audio will increase to -5dB. So lets say that another part of your audio is -7dB the gain level will try to amplify it but the its going to hit up against the output level limit (remember thats set at -3dB) and stops, the rest of it is "grown away" and you can see it in the Gain reduction bar thats set on top of everything else. YOUR goal here is to amplify the soft parts more than the loud parts so you do this by slowly increasing the Gain, as you play to the audio, from 0dB until you see that the thrown away audio, displayed in the top bar, never exceeds -3dB.
