Hi abdul. Don't worry about signing the EIF. When the notary interview starts they will unlock the document and you will be able to sign it right there and then.
Dear Dr, I just finished notarycam verification. When I came back to EPIC account and open my credentials, there is no upload options and it showed: you do not have a valid EPIC identification form on file. So I asked from chatbox to Notarycam verifying agent, she asked me to wait for 3 days.

Well see it might be different for everyone depending on how your institution operates. In my case it was my medical colleague that verified it electronically. If you want to know how it is for yourself then it would be worth speaking to an admin person in your university about it.

You can track the progress on your Epic Account. It will say when they have reached out to the uni. You can reach out to your uni at that point in time or earlier if you want to be proactive.

If the degree was issued by the university themselves on their letter head with their stamp then I don't see why it wouldn't be acceptable. If still in doubt you can give them a quick call to discuss your situation.

What you upload depends on what you are trying to get verified and for what purpose. If you are doing this to register with the gmc via the plab route then you only need to upload your medical degree/diploma. It should say on their website what to do incase you have more than one page to your document.

You still need to create an epic account but once you give them your details from the time you verified for usmle all the documents will be added to your account and you won't have to go through the whole ordeal.
Sir please. Note that if a degree is not in English .. after getting translation we don't have to combine it with the English one rather a separate tab open which asked if he degree is not in English upload translated degree .

Ah that depends on how you register with the gmc. If you go through plab route then only MBBS degree. Don't worry about signing it. That process will be explained to you when you are on call with the notarycam.

GMC asks for documents containing an exact date. But i'm not a 100% on what epic wants. Try calling them and they should resolve this query fairly quickly.
If there is any key information missing then they will simply reach out to you and tell you what's needed. It would be useful to know for everybody if there were any issues by not entering the PMC details.
You can. No restriction. I chose to do it that way because that's the sweet spot where you can expect to register with the GMC within the next year. If you do it too soon and don't register with the gmc then you end up having to send the gmc the report again which could cost around 50 GBP or so.

Hi Maryam. If you are talking about the two options I talked about at 07:03 then please note they have ever since updated their website and you won't see those options anymore.

Don't worry. Once the notary interview begins they will unlock your EIF. And then ask you to sign. At that point you will type your name in. Just wait for the interview and it will all make sense then.

There should be an option to schedule a meeting right away. You can self schedule the meeting. There should be an option on the top right if I remember correctly.

Don't worry. Once the notary interview begins they will unlock your EIF. And then ask you to sign. At that point you will type your name in. Just wait for the interview and it will all make sense then.
Thank you doctor.... I made account of notary but i didn't get email for NotaryCam .... Will they send me mail to schedule meeting ? Or how i will schedule date and timing for meeting with them. Kindly give query about it.
There should be an option to schedule a meeting right away. You can self schedule the meeting. There should be an option on the top right if I remember correctly.

Hi Teba. Great question. It's completely up to you. A month before coming for your plab 2 is an ideal time in my opinion.

So you can track the progress. They will say when they have reached out to your institution. Doesn't take super long for them to reach out to your university.
