  • Today, I want to share an informational video on safe and unsafe substances for buttock injections. In my practice, I offer two options: surgical butt augmentation and non-surgical buttock augmentation.
For the surgical option, I have numerous videos available that explain the process in detail. Essentially, I remove unwanted fat from one area of the body and inject it into the buttocks to enhance their shape and size. My goal is not to create excessively large buttocks but to achieve a well-shaped, lifted, and smooth appearance.
In my spa, I use a combination of Sculptra, Renuva, and Radiesse for non-surgical buttock augmentation. This is what I'll demonstrate today. Sculptra offers medium-term results by stimulating collagen production. It's a well-established product. Renuva, made from irradiated cadaver fat with no living cells, acts as fat scaffolding, encouraging your body to build new fat for longer-term results. Radiesse, also a biostimulatory product, provides immediate results by building collagen.
When injecting these products, I first numb the area and include a bit of lidocaine in the mixture. The injection process is similar to fat transfer, but patients remain standing and actively participate in the procedure. Post-treatment, some itching, swelling, and bruising may occur, but these typically resolve within a week. I advise patients to massage the treated area for a couple of weeks to enhance the results.
Patients are often thrilled with the outcomes, which can be customized to their preferences. They can opt for gradual improvements or more significant changes in one session. Additionally, they can return after a month or two for further enhancement.
It is crucial to avoid silicone injections in the buttocks, as they are illegal and extremely dangerous. If someone offers to inject silicone into your buttocks, you should immediately leave. Such practitioners are not legitimate doctors, and you risk severe health consequences. Always choose a board-certified plastic surgeon to ensure safe procedures and satisfactory results, allowing you to enjoy your enhanced appearance safely and for a long time.
