Nice home! I love the gray! No carpet is really nice if you have a cat or dog. If they should vomit, and they will, it's so much easier cleaning up a hard floor.

This is a great view of the floorplan, but maybe show the number of electrical outlets in each room, lighting fixtures in each room or lack of lighting fixtures in each room. Do you make homes with showers only no bathtubs? Do you have land packages with any of your homes? Any warranty information on roof, water heater (are they gas or electric) and appliances? Price? Are the water pipes under warranty? All the things a home buyer would want to know? Thanks for the great video.
