I was her last child and she found out late in her pregnancy I was coming lol so I’ve always felt her to be emotional unavailable to me. I would cry in front of her and she would tell me to suck it up and say in a very annoyed way “why are you crying!?” 🙄 when I started to own my emotions in a very healthy way, I could see her irritation rising with me finding emotional balance. And she would react by cursing at me and yelling and screaming. She abruptly kicked me out which was a BLESSING in disguise bc I can keep her at a distance. She was always working extremely hard to provide for all of us and if it wasn’t work it was church ALL THE TIME, but I always felt like there was no time for my sensitivity and or emotional nature. It’s like we had much more important things to do or handle than going there emotionally. Was told ‘I’m too sensitive or cried too much’. I remember there wasn’t a lot of affection or I was always the initiator. When I was 12 turning 13, she sent me to a an all girls boarding school for 5 years, far away from home and that had its traumatic effects, esp for the first 3 years. I never understood why. She claimed I would understand and thank her later. That really brought that element of having to grow up early in a lot of ways and taking care of myself. I do see the benefits but still... they will never be enough to replace what was needed/missing

She was very emotionally unavailable. I would cry in front of her and she would tell me to suck it up and say in a very annoyed way “why are you crying!?” 🙄 when I started to own my emotions in a very healthy way, I could see her irritation rising with me finding emotional balance. And she would react by cursing at me and yelling and screaming. She definitely made me feel like I was a burden to her but I had to take care of myself at the age of 9 when she decided to move us away from our family. She abruptly kicked me out which was a BLESSING in disguise bc I can keep her at a distance. And I feel so much better 😂 I wanted her love for the longest and I’m now learning to love myself and give that motherly nurturing to myself ❤️
Wow! This is my life. It makes me so emotional because everyone needs their mother and all I get is jealousy. I’m learning to love myself after she makes me feel unworthy.

My mom has her sun conjunct neptune in the fourth house of Scorpio and even she will tell you she had no clue wtf she was doing with me and my sister. She has two masters and was the star teacher of our neighborhood, we couldn’t go to damn Walmart without somebody flagging her down, they LOVED HER (now she’s a school counselor) but the heifer had no boundaries and was just clueless about mothering, impatient, and lazy as shit (my dear sister has moon in Taurus and all of that applied to our childhood also). She had abusive tendencies that haunt her now. My sister doesn’t give her the time of day but I literally took her to breakfast this morning because I “sensed that she needed me.” My sister and I put her ass through damn school and neither one of us are degreed. Like we raised this lady truly.
My moon is in the 5th house, it squares Mars and it trines Pluto in my 1st house. I think these aspects blend in a way that helps me to express my emotions openly and get to the root of them. I do feel like my relationship with my mom is karmic, I feel like she needs me and she is in my life to teach me the importance of boundaries and the miracles of reparenting myself. Cap moon in the 12th and my mom is a Virgo sun. She was and is a workaholic and very traditional. She was always working extremely hard to provide for all of us and if it wasn’t work it was church ALL THE TIME, but I always felt like there was no time for my sensitivity and or emotional nature. It’s like we had much more important things to do or handle than going there emotionally. Was told ‘I’m too sensitive or cried too much’. I remember there wasn’t a lot of affection or I was always the initiator. When I was 12 turning 13, she sent me to a an all girls boarding school for 5 years, far away from home and that had its traumatic effects, esp for the first 3 years. I never understood why. She claimed I would understand and thank her later. That really brought that element of having to grow up early in a lot of ways and taking care of myself. I do see the benefits but still... they will never be enough to replace what was needed/missing
