I'm a long time fan of the diva chef, Nigella Lawson. I've made many of her recipes, including her chocolate pavlova. This looks delicious, as always. That being said, I miss the old show, just saying. But I'll take any Nigella I can get, even if it's in 3-4 minutes recipe videos.

Peaches aren't my favourite fruit, but the raspberry sauce looks amazing. ❤
You can make it with strawberries or any berries if your choice ( I love to add mix) here in USA , instead of cream they put Dulce de leche, strawberries and pistachios. People go crazy about it!
@@bebitamira3054 I love strawberries and raspberries. Will have to leave out pistachios, though, due to nut allergy. 😢😅 Which sucks, as she has some great recipes featuring nuts.

Pavlova at home not the easiest dessert to make. Its easy to underwhip or overwhip your egg whites, and you need a metal bowl.
You just need to get the egg whites to stand in peaks. The bowl must be very clean, as even a little leftover soap residue will ruin it. If it won’t stiffen up, a little lemon can help. Copper bowls actually work best, but any clean one will work- metal, ceramic or glass. A warm water bath as you mix is a fix for even a very hopeless case.
