Everyone loves the 50mm it if there's a face in your scene you can't go wrong with the 50mm . Btw nice studio Also what are your thoughts on the canon sl3 ? Would it work for weddings and stuff ?
If you are using canon crop like this chap, the alternative lens you can use to the 24-70 is the 17-55 2.8 USM. Great sharpness and autofocus for crop sensors. I also love the sigma 18-35 f1.8 for more artistic shots pre ceremony
dude I gotta say, your set is really dope and simple. You're like the only one without crazy neon lights. I mean the one you have is basically a tungsten light, doesn't count
All are good options. I’d try to go R6 main (buy one used) and an RP backup. Or rent a backup for wedding days. 2 card slots is nice. If you’re okay with one card, 2 RPs are a very good solution
you need at least 4 batteries to make it through a all day wedding. I shot a wedding with a RP and a 80D because i knew the Rp batteries would not gp all day
Saying prime lenses give a "shallower depth of field" is a bit of a misconception. Yes, they often have lower aperture values than zooms; but an F/2.8 zoom and F/2.8 prime at the same focal length will have the same depth of field. However, primes do have the advantage of being generally sharper.

How can u fit all those in that bag?
How about birthday party events?
pretty minimal ?
I know absolutely nothing about photography or what you’re talking about but great video!
You’re a Honda Civic
@@TaylorJacksonPhoto Exactly! My government mandated backup camera doesn’t compare to all your fancy ones
Do you have any videos using the reflex????
Yep. They’re on my channel from a few months ago.
@@TaylorJacksonPhoto great!! THX!
Helo, Would double RP good for weddings? Or double xt3 for the double card slot but not full frame? Or nikon z5?

Are we the same person. We have all the same lenses and you have my dream lens the 70-200 🤓
What about a macro fit the ring shot?
Most 35mm get close enough to a macro
@@TaylorJacksonPhoto hmm maybe MILCs. DSLR is a little small.
@@TaylorJacksonPhoto I like you're using primes though!
I have the 50mm 1.8 and the 35mm 2.0 Should I go with the 24-70 or the 70-200?
Seems 70-200 for the reach.
@@mipmipmipmipmip thanks
you missed storage.
And shoes
Just checked your IG, you are not using those mate , 40 45 and other.
Haven’t shot canon in a year or so now
What about a tripod?
I’ve never used a tripod for wedding photography
How are you going to fit all of that gear into that tiny little bag lol

I guess I mean that primes are generally a 1.2 or 1.4 or 1.8, and I usually shoot them there
@@TaylorJacksonPhoto Yes I totally get that, and also that you are generally catering towards a more beginner audience.
I feel like I just wouldn’t buy a prime that’s any darker than f1.8 (because you can have the versatility of a zoom and those go to f2.8)
