  • From WKYC Cleveland, KPIX San Francisco, and WBZ Boston some news team promos, all voiced by Danny Dark in 1979. A young Al Roker is in the WKYC spots, and he's actually at the airport checking the temperature.

Amanda Arnold was incredibly gorgeous. Big loss to Cleveland when she left WKYC TV 3.I never knew the circumstances of her leaving Cle. Thanks for posting this. it was great seeing her again.

WBZ and KPIX were Westinghouse stations, absorbed into CBS in their 1993 merger.

You can tell Klein& liked to use reuse footage of "people doing their jobs". Why else is there an Air New England Fokker 27 in a KPIX promo (1:14)?
