Ashla is so adorable... she has this naive innocence about her. 😍
Having been a host family for a Chinese Family that were College students. They fixed several Chinese meal for my family. And one thing I can say for sure they love their spices and the hotter the better. One of my favorites were the steamed dumplings with a soy pepper mixture dipping sauce.

Fun fact!
Some time ago I had a strange desire to live somewhere in Alabama out of all places (and I'm not kidding). Gut tells me I'd fit in perfectly with the locals: love the attitude, liveliness, grit, honesty, guns. Sadly, there's hardly a chance of that happening for a number of reasons. But just seeing and hearing these guys brings a warm feeling, reminds me of that dream. The ladies are absolutely charming too, such fun to watch.
