Goutham Hebbar :
Goutham Hebbar is son of Mr.Ganapati Hebbar and Mrs. Kavitha Hebbar. Goutham gave his first public performance at the young age of four years in the renowned cultural centre Ravindra Kalakshetra in the heart of Bangalore city and has subsequently given a large number of public performances at schools,colleges and number of other public forums.
While he learnt his flute from his father Mr.Ganapati Hebbar initially, he has continued his music education with his guru Pandit Venkatesh Godkhindi.and now he is learning with Vidushi Purnima Kulakarani. Number one weekly in Kannada “TARANGA” and No.1 daily newspaper in Kannada “VIJAYA KARNATAKA” have carried detailed articles about this young prodigy. Kannada TV channels DD Chandana, Zee TV Kannada, E TV, and Asiyanet Suvarna,Kannada Kasturi and Udaya have carried introductory programmes on Goutham Hebbar. His public performances are programmes held at Indian Heritage Academy, Kormanagala, Bangalore and National Weagan festival, Ugadi programme held at Ranga Shankara, Ramanavami utsava Bangalore attracted rave reviews from all music lovers. His performance at the Vishva Gau Sammelan held at Srimad Ramachandrapura Math, Hosanagar, Karnataka was very well appreciated by all music afficionados. He has already passed the gruelling qualifying tests at All India Radio Bangalore. Women and Child welfare association (department of Govt of Karnataka) had awarded him as District level execeptional achievement in music in the year of 2009.Academy of Music organised Master Goutham Hebbar’s program for their Golden Jubilee Year celebration at Chowdiah Memorial hall when he was just 8 year old.Goutham has given more than 100 programs to his credit at various places. His programs at Horanadu, Sirsi, Sagar and Bijapur stole the hearts of music lovers.
He also participated in “International Film Festival” held in Bangalore. He presented Flute concerts in cultural programs held by Top Companies HP and Infosys. He has performed in well known “Alva’s Nudisiri” and was appreciated for his wonderful Flute recital. He has got his own fusion band troupe and he has given many fusion programs too. Also he is performing with a Carnatic fusion Band "The Juke Radio" and has given lot of programs in Bangalore and participated in a number of events and bagged first prize. He is also receiving CCRT Scholorship from Central Government.Goutham Hebbar has studied his primary school in 10th std at Sri Vani education centre, Magadi Road, Bangalore. Presently he is studying in II year PUC in Vidyamandir College, Bangalore. While his achievements at this young age are heart warming, with right guidance, he can grow up to be among the notable flutists in the country has produced. Goutham's ambition is to become World's top flutist.
Shri Ananth Hegde :
Shri Ananth Hegde is notable tabala player from Sirsi, Karnataka. He is the disciple of Pt. Mohan Hegde and Pt. Raghunath Nakod. He is also lecturer in music at MES's M.M. College of Arts and Science, Sirsi, Karnataka. He has given many tabla solo artist and accompanied topmost artist of the state.
