as of right now, BTS has 924 awards in total and only in 10 years. the most awarded kpop group in history. when you said “that was literally their show”, i laughed out loud. there’s actually a joke within our fandom that the MMA’s is just a really big BTS concert 😭😭. there’s also a joke that if you’re performing before or after BTS, you might as well just go home LMAOOO.
There is a wrong info. in the caption. Jimin's solo dance is not pre-recorded. It was a live. There is another behind the scene in Memories 2019 DVD that V and J-hope was watching the rehearsal of Jimin's solo dance on the day of the event and they said to JK who thought it was a pre-shooting , "Jimin is doing this live". Also you can see reaction cams of other artists watching his perfomance live and dropping their jaws.
They are the 4th most awarded artist of all time actually. 1st is michael jackson, 2nd is beyonce, 3rd is taylor swift, AND 4th is BTS.
AR - Augmented Reality
It's the graphics that appear on the screens and post production videos.
The galaxy images for example.

Yes they are extremely meticulous.
Suga and Jimin said in an interview last year that they would watch their performances frame by frame to check they were all in sync, even down to which direction their eyes were looking at any given second....
They are always the ones asking for one more take in an effort to capture pure perfection.
BTS won all 4 grand prizes at MMA 2019 in the same night was unprecedented, first ever in any award shows.
Yeah and in MMA 2022 they received the Platinum award made specially for this !
Okay, the pre-recorded performances (shown on big screens at the venue and on TV for audience at home) are:
the Intro - BTS sleeping in the living room
Persona by RM
Mikrokosmos
the 7 solo stages
Dionysus stage which involved the Horses
{ when these pre-recorded performances were shown on the screen, usually artists will be backstage }
However, that night, during the 7 solo stages, BTS members decided to also come out and perform on stage. So, while ARMYs at home were watching Bangtan in white costumes, ARMYs at the venue watched Bangtan in black costumes. JK didn't perform in water because he didn't want to change clothes.
We, International ARMY, only knew abt this when K-ARMY shared the footage with us that night ☺. RM also performed Persona live on stage that night.

If he had been wet it would not have looked good when they went to the main performance of Dionysus and you can't dry someone this fast. That and it has a chance to be very slippery and endanger him and his performance.
The decision what was pre-recorded was well made in advance and this was a practical decision.
That said Jimin's dance and Namjoon's walk intro were live exactly the way we saw it.
They have won 9 awards recently at MAMA 2021 including all 4 grand prizes...🥳🥳🥳
Unfortunately, they did not have stage performance this year because they are on official vacation.
That he they had just had a concert in the US. Covid protocol would not have let them perform anyway.
And they refused to pre-record.
what we saw on tv of the solos was prerecorded, but they DID do them live on the day, only with the black outfits. there are fancams to prove it. even JK went onstage and danced his solo without water even tho mma didn't prepare for it
not all solos: Namjoon and Jimin were live.
Namjoon nearly hit himself somewhere were it would have made it very hard for himself to perform after.
the pre recorded are played between songs. example like during the live performance, after they perform ‘boy with love’ live, they showed ‘mikrokosmos’ on the screen which is pre-recorded. thats why during ‘mikrokosmos’ they are AR effects as you see it looks like the galaxy. these pre-recorded are usually to buy time for them to change clothes. thats also why you thought they changed clothes fast 😂. they pre-recorded the solo performance of each member because of the quality. in the pre-recorded version, they wore white clothes. in the live performance, they wore the same outfit as the last song, dionysus. and during JKs solo performance, the pre-recorded one is he danced on water. thats also some reason why they pre-recorded it. they can’t bring the water on stage during live and it would take time to dry him off before the next song. hope this helps 😂😂
actually all solo performances were pre-recorded except Jimin and Namjoon in the Dionysus performance.
They danced in black during their intros but that was for the people who were at the show.

I think they may have danced in black (and dry). At least I hear JK solos pointing to fancams.
They may have used the time to change clothes. But i think they did that during Microcosm.
@@ruthfischer7615 Yes because I saw Seokjin doing it live in Dionysus coat (fancam). JK doing it with no water even though the pre recording was played. So, I think they all did it live

But Jimin and Namjoon did it not only live for the audience at the award show they did it also live for the people behind the TV screen which makes it harder to hide misstakes.
And Namjoon nearly hit himself where he would have had trouble to perform after. There is a reason why the camera changes when he "hits the floor" with the thyrsus.
I do believe they hold the record for the most Daesangs won. And it's by quite a large margin.

Most of the solos were pre-recorded and Mikrokosmos (that one with the stars). Boy in Love, Boys With Love, Dionysus, and Jimin's solo (at least) were all live.

Tatts are real JK loves ink!! It goes against their culture so he has to wear long sleeves and or cover makeup. Now that they’re doing solos we see a lot more of him. The same goes for piercings lol gotta love JK

I think only two of the intros were live as we saw them: Jimin and Namjoon.
I thought the most beautiful solo was Jimin. My daughter danced for 19 years including Company, huge recitals with multiple numbers, Competitions in and out of state and she taught younger children ballet and tap, hip hop and jazz. I always loved modern or contemporary. Just my vibe lol
Outro: Tear at Wembley Stadium and it's just the 3 Rappers RM, Suga(aka Agust D) and J Hope. I was there to see and hear it.
Then the opening 2 songs Mic Drop and Run Bulletproof at the Free Busan city: Yet To Come Concert with their live band at the back of the stage. I watched on the live stream here in the UK then saw the concert months later at the Cinema.

We recommend their live concert's many recordings from them are made by their company. They themselves film themselves while on stage as well.
I can tell you being in Wembley Stadium with BTS was flipping amazing I've seen many global groups perform at Wembley Stadium but nothing compare's to a BTS in Concert.

They are kings of live stages, while the camera crew/producer would give feedback, they each review their rehearsal cam &watch each other's solo so many times to perfect their moves.
Hobi's solo dance was so good but it was a bit dark and not enough close up to see all the details.
Yes JK has tons of tattoos! A full arm sleeve but his hand tattoos were some of the first ones he had. It spells ARMY but if you look closer it has all 7 members' names: A is an upside down V, RM, MY =Min Yoongi, JM, J =Jin/Jhope/JK. More on the hands are the ARMY crown, ARMY door logo, purple heart, Woozy face emoji and "613" their debut date.
Actually JK has said the tattoo only means Army and himself.
The other thing was a fan theory. The mixing of stage names and real names made it unlikely from the beginning.

They do that record all the time and spend time looking at it and suggesting things and there's always someone saying I could do .... that bit better one more take, they continually do that until they are all happy. They practice, practice, practice discuss practice are extremely critical of their own performance but engage each other's and praise each other performance. They are a very tight team who only want to show their best performance, second best just isn't good enough for them.

They played the first part of RMs as prerecorded and then when he takes off the coat and goes out the door it became live which is why he was worried about matching the same feeling and intensity as what he had recorded previously.
Some of the others had prerecorded parts as well...I know JK's was prerecorded (because of the water) , But Jimin did his dance live etc so this was a mix of when they were prerecording things and dress rehearsals for things that would be preformed live.
Yes JK has hand tattoos and a sleeve now. Jimin also has multiple tatoos. BTS each have a different style of 7 tattoo as well so they now all have one tattoo but as far as we know only JK and Jimin have more tattoos and at the time of this recording they were the only 2 with tattoos.
Weverse is Hybes app where Artists go live to chat with fans and content gets posted and artists can post messages and you can send them messages etc. BTS always does live shows with ARMY after award shows and at least some members will often go live after their concerts and they always go live on their birthdays and often when albums are released and also just whenever they feel like it...sometimes they are short (V often does very short ones only a couple min long) and sometimes they are very long (JK usually does long ones it is not uncommon for him to be on for 1.5-3 hrs)

Jungkook has a whole sleave tattoo plus on his hand ARMY is his tattoo. Jimin is the other most Tattooed Member but they all now have at least one tattoo. It's a friendship tattoo they did for their 10th Anniversary they all have a number 7 tattoo somewhere on their bodies. Suga was the last to show us where his is it's about his scar from his shoulder operation.
