I love Jamie among the other famous chefs. He’s not just a “chef” he is socially relevant person he thinks outside the box and contributed a lot as far as healthy food is concerned. His cooking is healthy, simple and delicious. I was inspired by his organic garden which I have now...keep- up the wonderful deed! Thank you for sharing your God given talents.

Add some rehydrated porcini mushrooms to that mix, and the water used to rehydrate the mushrooms into the sauce for extra extra umami! Can't wait to try this one!
I've got dried cremini -- yes brilliant idea! These videos for someone like me who works from home has an established social network but appreciates the community that is created by videos like this are much appreciated.
Even easier: take your dried mushrooms, blitz them in a coffee grinder until a fine powder. You can then add immediately to ANY dish you want, and it will meld with any liquid in the recipe. Umami made easy.

I made this a few weeks ago and it was fantastic. The recipe in the book (7 ways) is different as it doesn't include the cooked green leaves on the bottom of the tray.

Just made the filling but I added tons of fresh thyme 4 fresh red chilli and a can of anchovies. The flavours are mouthwatering. Will buy the greens tomorrow and finish your lovely recipe Jamie. If you change the milk for dairy free milk it's an easy vegan meal! Also, I recommend adding nuts to the mushroom filling to make it more nutritious and so you have a variety of texture. Instead of cheese, you can use vegan cheese and/or nutritional east.
You could totally veganise this thanks for the idea awesome !

This is a different type of cannelloni other than the traditional spinach and ricotta and for someone who loves mushrooms and cannelloni, I got to try this out.

My mum stuffed manicotti with a mixture of 3 cheeses, herbs and breadcrumbs; marina sauce big salad not a challenge. Oddly enough I never liked lasagna in any form - everyone's got some weird aversion -- this is great, go figure.
Can't wait to try this, also want to try that filling in dumplings or bao buns, maybe add some hoisin sauce or soy sauce and a dash of sesame oil, om nom nom nom nom 😍
In the bechamel, I use a little gruyere plus parmesan. Good!
