    Nazria e Pakistan is clear as day and night like he said that Hindus come to our houses and are our friends but when you go to there house they don't eat with you . I have experienced it myself as I was a house guest of a friend born and raised in US but when I stayed in her house in Mumbai I was not allowed in their kitchen and served the food separately . It totally shocked me when I was introduced to extended family was told not to mention that I was a Muslim this was the time when Kargil happened . Thank you as always for bringing the best in your show ❤️

      ameena karim ji! Assalan waleikum. I am a hindu living in India. My father dealt with army and made many friends whose religion happened to be muslim. We went to their house and they came snd stayed with us. I don’t remember my ma discriminating with their utensils. When I grew up i went to a dental college and my most close friend also happened to be muslim. I went to her house in Aurangabad and stayed with them. Her family came to my home and shared food. There was no question raised that you made a muslim friend or any related issue at all.
      What I mean to say is that a single family or experience can’t define a big country like India. All kinds of people, secular, eccentric, rowdy etc make a society. Like you would say 9/11 doesn’t define muslim.
      And as you said yourself it was during Kargil, probably we as A nation felt backstabbed. PM Atal had taken this huge initiative of peace and after a few months..there was an invasion

      @@ShwetaJV I agree with you Shweta. My papa's best friend was hindu and we were like family. We would go to eact other homes and eat dinner. I had many hindu colleagues and we would eat together and share food .I have ever come across any hindu who ever discriminated me just because of my faith.

      I second Ameena. Even my nani tells that in her childhood, she had Hindu girls in their neighbourhood (south Punjab) as friends. They were nice and friendly families. But one thing is that they never allowed Muslims (kids) their kitchen. If someone entered it, they would then wash it with water from mandar.

    He is correct there isn’t a concept of Islamic state
    We just have to practice our religion.
    And if there is a country which has Muslims and their ruler is Muslim then they follow the shariah
    The problem today is that without studying Islam in depth Muslims themselves find shariah or other things wrong
    Ask a victims family how they feel if they loose a loved one?
    One doesn’t want to always forgive and Allah permits that
    He says I will forgive but men have a their own right to forgive or not

    • @prachisd
      @prachisd Před 5 lety

      Thats not the truth....Muhammad gazni and muhhamad bin kasim came to the India to loot the wealth which India once possessed and even to convert ppl to Islam....practising any faith is definitely an individuals choice and the state or society shouldn't interfere with it....those ideas might have been so as it was a medieval society and Islam was predominant at that time.....Pakistan of today faces many problems mainly due to identity crisis and lack of democracy and since it is not a secular country but being Indian I want more peace and prosperity in Pakistan...let our neighbors live in prosperity and ppl have their daily needs getting satiafied....let there be peace everywhere...Ameen

    • @Anaya96133
      @Anaya96133 Před 5 lety +3

      Prachi Bapat
      That’s what is taught to you Indians in your schools
      That’s your truth our truth is different
      So believe what you want to believe because history is very complicated ...
      What we know is not always what the reality
      Muslims in Pakistan are far better that Muslims in India we have no crisis nothing
      As for the partition it was bound to happen because of the mistreatment of Muslims by Hindus
      One person can’t break an entire nation up one person can’t spread religion
      People are drawn to change because of the problems they face
      Think about what I have written .

Would love to hear him speak even more about the founders of our beautiful country ! Much of our youth has been fed the new age thoughts about why Pakistan was necessary and everything was dandy with the Hindus , we need people like him spreading the right msg ! And would love to hear more about what conversation did the Quaid’s daughter and Iqbal’s grandson have ... if Mr Yousef decides to write about it , it would be a wonderful read!

    Interesting experiences - some so similar to that of many Indians with others diametrically opposite ones.
    But it was disappointing to hear an otherwise enlightened person speak disparagingly of South Indian classical music which is in many ways in fact richer and less diluted than the music he refers to..

    I understand if they talk about personal incidents but making such generalisations is pitiful.
    They seem to appear completely ignorant of what their deeds were in the past. Well, that's how their thinking is influenced we can't help it!

That is why today when they have gone wrong, you think you were and are right :
