Big depends: on volume, bank behind it as each one has its own tactics and internal policies. Some prefer to recoup full amount from reduced number of people, others prefer to get partial payments from many of them, etc. FYI loans under AED 200k escape the criminal scope but if action was initiated prior to new law there may still be banned. a few years back they change the law and only significant debts face criminal actions. You would need to check the immigration system to see if a travel ban in place. If in place for a lower amount it can be removed. You could still face civil actions against you but no criminal ones. send me an email to [e-mail] Happy to help.

depends on amount. more then aed200k will be civil case 3yrs Jail.after u free if u have several civil case u must serve each.maybe 7 yrs.but 3yrs u get aflas means bankrupt. less then 200k u 'll be penalty or Jail in sharjah mostly jail 3-6-9mnts depends on Judge. thatswhy banks opening cases from sharjah.sharjah Jail is hell.
u must leave uae b4 bank put u in travel ban or wanted.Never fly with emirates,etihad,airarabia,no bahrin & Ksa. other GCC u can travel.good luck n stay safe

@@hahaha-fk ur finance caus only u wanted inside uae not even in oman or qatar or else.only ksa,bahrin same system with uae.finance causes big amount like milions of dollers can be interpol.u can pay even small amount of ur credit card.bank cnt put cause on u.police and court will reject it.i paid 6mnt every mont 1000dhs instead of 3500 per months.bank couldnt put cause on me and easily i exit uae.but it will be perminant brazilian exit.u cnt go back to uae again.u cnt even take their airline also coz once u sit on emirates airline or ethihad or air arabia ur name goes to uae police air port.ur name gets red maybe they can ask the pilot or crews to bring u back to uae coz u having a cause.u try to leave b4 u get wanted if u wanted u cnt leave by airports.plz always check and be update by cid.dnt go by ur own ask ur lawyer to check

Hello Ram, it would be good to understand your current situation (whether employment can be traced soon), whether agreement can be reached with financial entity and lastly check if travel ban is in place.
