The way prepaid forex cards work is, you recharge/load the "foreign" currency and the forex rate and loading charges are applicable during the loading. Once the money is available in your card (say USD), and you use it abroad, there's no separate exchange rate or transaction fees, as long as you select USD as the payment currency on the POS machine.

Hi yudi, awesome video. I used to load money onto my sbi forex card and used to withdraw to chase account free of charge in person at bank. Used it mainly to transfer tuition fees. Hope this helps anyone to reduce transfer fees cost.
Great option, when you withdraw money from forex card to the bank account in-person, is the money credited instantly or is there a waiting period, if so how long?
You can also use Forex Card to transfer by swiping it in Chase Bank physically and ask them to deposit that money in the account directly as there are zero fees charged by Forex card and Chase bank for this method. You save a lot of fees this way and maximize the amount you are transferring. I used this method in Grad school and it works wonders. I believe this method is called cash advance by Chase employees. YMMV :)

Hi Yudi, I invest in stock market with robinhood. My question is how many buy-sell trasactions we can do in a week. I know we can not day trade more than 3 times in a week. I am on F1 OPT visa. Suppose I buy on Monday stock A for 500$ and sell it on tuesday then again buy on wednesday and sell thursday. Is that violating my status?
