Miso Soup with Mochi - Japanese Cooking 101

Today’s miso soup is made with toasted mochi rice cake. We made a typical miso soup with tofu and green onions and added the mochi on top. It’s similar to Ozoni New Year’s soup but it’s a lot more casual, and you can make it any time!
