In the kitchen Helen does a variation of crispy pork, made into a Thai inspired dish with noodles. We were shown how to cook rice noodle this way while at the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary in Thailand.
We take Mike and Yvonne from Between the Lakes Costa Blanca to the Lemon Tree Market near Guardamar- their E Bikes probably won´t get them there and back! @BetweenTheLakes
We also modify the garden, creating a rockery and a fence to protect certain areas from the puppies.

I am looking into getting a wood fired oven like those for in the garden kitchen. They flavor the food amazingly!
They sell them over here... not cheap, though. Probably need a forklift to move them 😀

Top video again, Andy ! The stir fry 😋! Lemon Tree Market is a favourite of ours too: 2 cauliflowers for 1 euro. My local farm shop last week: £3.89p for one cauliflower! 😳.
