- This weekend vlog is FULL of home cooking!
We BBQ smoke brisket and pork ribs, make home made tomato and chilli chutney and pickled courgette all with the veggies from Bobs´ allotment.
We try a vegan recipe we saw on social media and recreate some Spanish potatoes originally cooked by Alexs granny!
That´s all in this one, so if you don´t like home cooking, this one might not be for you.

It's a big two thumbs from us for the courgettes & chutney. 2 jars ready for refilling 👍😂. .
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Great Vlog guys ! The only weed Bob has ever tried would be the weeds from his allotment !!! No, Bob never tried weed. Helen's cooking A1 as usual ! I'm starving again..Hi Bob😎
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 thanks for watching 👍- Bob says his weeds don't smoke very good 🤔🤣
It’s ironic as I have got a 2.5kg lump of brisket to cook in the smoker for tomorrow! Great video and them spuds look amazing!
Enjoy that! Thought the spuds were good enough to share 👍 thanks for watching 👍
The brisket looks to have a nice age to it and off the bone (bought as a carcass) as opposed to the butcher buying it in a bag, which is the norm nowadays. It takes longer to cook than the belly pork, if you have a go again put it in first for a few hours before the pork then when you put the pork in wrap the brisket in foil, it will be more juicy when it's finally done. The way you did the potatoes looked great, we'll have to try that.
Thanks for watching and the tip 👍 hope you guys are well
