Listen, the jury was actually there for the trial, unlike you, they listened to ALL the facts, witnesses and experts, saw ALL the evidence, listened to both sides present their case. The state has ALL the burden to prove guilt NOT the defense. That state has to PROVE, beyond ALL REASONABLE doubt their case, if that burden is not meant and if the jury has ANY REASONABLE doubt, you shouldn't convict someone. That's just facts and how the justice system should work. Personal feelings SHOULD NOT be considered, ONLY the facts and evidence. Do I feel he may have something to do with it, possibly but I wasn't there for the entire trial like the jury. The jury's decision must be respected.
If things like this "never happen in small towns like Tewksbury," _48 Hours, Dateline,_ and a dozen others over the last decades wouldn't exist. Funny how there's always some ne'er-do-wells in these "safe" little towns that everyone seems to know about beforehand, too. Perhaps, if the community didn't tolerate these -"rambunctious"- sociopathic kids, they'd actually be as safe as they pretend they are. Teenagers murdering someone due to jealousy isn't normal.
